Great Northern Hydrant Flushing

Hello, This is an important message from Prairie Path Water Co- Great Northern, your local water utility provider. Today is Friday, April 26, 2024. We will be performing system flushing next week, Tuesday, April 30, 2024. Work will be approximately 8:00am through 4:30 pm. Customers may experience brief periods of lower-than-normal water pressure, possible cloudy water and/or temporary discoloration. We suggest customers refrain from doing laundry until the flushing is complete and service returns to normal. Once the flushing is complete, normal water quality and pressure will be restored to your home. Should you experience any water quality issues following this work, we would ask that you please try flushing your cold-water line for approx. 2-3 minutes. If this does not improve the quality, please contact us immediately. Flushing is done to ensure the best possible water quality.
