Paperless billing is the easy, secure way to view your bill. The option for free Paperless Billing will email your full viewable invoice directly to you on the date the bill is issued, instead of through the mail.

How will I be notified when my bill is available for viewing?

You will receive an email notification that a new bill is available for viewing and payment. Please Note: Final notices are not emailed for e-bill customers.

When will my account reflect my payment?

Payments made by phone or online are posted the next business day.

Start/Stop Service

To request a start or stop service at an existing location click here. You will be directed to print and complete the request form in its entirety, and email or fax your request to Customer Service. You will be contacted by a live agent to complete your request. It is very important to provide the best contact information, so there is no delay in processing your request. If we are unable to reach you, your request may not be completed within the timeframe of your request.
