Please be aware of recent processing changes from the U.S. Postal Service that may result in longer First Class mail delivery times.

For customers who pay by check, your bill payment may now take a few days longer to post to your account than has been true in the past.

You can confirm that your payment has been credited to your account by visiting MyUtilityConnect at connect.myutility.us where you can also sign up for paperless billing. Thank you.

Montague Sanitary Sewer Work

This is to inform you that beginning Tuesday, September 7, 2021, through Friday, October 29, 2021, not including weekends, between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm Montague Sewer Company contractor’s Mr. Rehab and Environmental Service Corporation will be performing maintenance to improve the sanitary sewer service within your community.  Part of this maintenance consists of pipelining which could result in odors entering your residence.  Simply open a window or ventilate with a fan.  If you have seldom used drains, please pour a gallon of water in the drain to fill and refresh the drain trap.  This will prevent odors from entering your residence through the drains.

We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to work to make improvements to the sanitary sewer system to better service the community.

Sanitary Pipe Lining Operations Notice to Customers

As part of an ongoing effort to improve sanitary sewer service, Mr. Rehab, LLC. will be
conducting pipelining installations within the sanitary sewer lines located near or in front
of your property.

After initial equipment set-up the lining operations normally run between the hours of
8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Please limit your water during this time; specifically, DO NOT USE showers, clothes washers, or dish washers between these hours, on the above mentioned date(s). An occasional toilet flush, hand washing, and clean-up is ok. If odors are detected within your residence, simply open a window or ventilate with a fan.

If you have seldom used drains please pour a gallon of water in the drain to fill and refresh the drain trap. This procedure will prevent odors from entering your living space through the drains.
